Nest Pension is the government workplace pension scheme used by Puraffinity. If you work for Puraffinity, you and Puraffinity will need to make contributions to the Nest pension scheme. All your contributions will be eligible for tax relief. Puraffinity employees are automatically enrolled on Nest, but if you wish, you can opt-out anytime. The minimum contribution you can make to any pension scheme you’re registered in, including Nest, is five per cent of your salary. However, you can choose to pay in more than this amount, subject to certain limits set by Puraffinity.

Puraffinity employees are entitled to 25 days of holiday (not including Bank Holidays), running from January to December. A maximum of 5 days can be carried over into the following year.
Our labs and offices will be closed during the period between Christmas and New Year. We request each team member to reserve 3 days of their annual leave specifically for this period. Our standard 25 days of holiday entitlement will include these 3 days.
